OPEN GYM

Open Gym time allows members to access the gym facilities and all equipment the gym has to offer. During this time, participants can work out independently, focusing on their personal fitness goals at their own pace. The gym is equipped with a variety equipment including a large rig with squat racks, barbells and plates, dumbbells, functional training tools, and cardio equipment, providing a comprehensive environment for strength training, conditioning and skill practice. Open Gym is ideal for individuals who prefer a flexible workout schedule or want additional time to supplement their structured classes. Staff are present to ensure safety and provide assistance if needed, creating a supportive and versatile fitness experience for all members.
SENIORS PROGRAM

The Senior's Fitness Program offers a supportive environment where older adults can improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness through tailored exercises and gentle movements. Led by experienced instructors, it's a welcoming space for all fitness levels to stay active and healthy while enjoying a sense of community and well-being.
Program runs 4 weeks, 2x per week and is $120
